Dark Moon Rising (2009)

Plot:

Real love and fate collide in a small town girl’s life as Amy falls in love with a mysterious drifter who brings with him a family curse and the unimaginable horror that follows. Bender, who shares the curse with his son, brings hell to Amy’s small town. As Dan and Amy’s love is put to the test, Thibodeaux, an ex-cop from another city who has witnessed Bender’s lust for blood firsthand, Sam, the local sheriff and an ex homicide detective, and John, a local farmer and Amy’s father, head for the ultimate showdown with Bender and the evil web of terror that he has drawn them all into.

In a small town in the countryside, the teenager Amy is overprotected by her widower father John. When she meets the newcomer mechanic Dan, they immediately fall in love with each other. Dan discloses to her that he was cursed when he was a child and turns into a werewolf when the moon is full. Meanwhile the local sheriff, Sam, is investigating the slaughter of people and the murder of several farm animals apparently by a wolf. Out of the blue, the outsider sheriff Charles Thibodeaux arrives at her office and reveals who the murderer is. Bender calls Thibodeaux into the sheriff’s office telling him that he had abducted Amy and scheduling an encounter in the city ruins with his old enemy.

Σε μία μικρή πόλη στην ύπαιθρο, η έφηβη Άμυ είναι υπέρπροστατευμένη από τον χήρο πατέρα της Τζόν.Όταν η Άμυ συναντά τον νεόφερτο μηχανικό Νταν,αμέσως ερωτεύονται.Ο Νταν της αποκαλύπτει πως είναι καταραμένος από όταν ήταν παιδί,και μετατρέπετα σε λυκάνθρωπο όταν έχει πανσέληνο.Εντωμεταξύ,ο τοπικός σερίφης,Σαμ,ερευνά σφαγές ανθρώπων και τον θάνατο κάποιον ζώων από λύκο.Στα καλά καθούμενα,ο εξωτερικός σερίφης Τσαρλς Θιμποντώ φτάνει στο γραφείο της Άμυ και της αποκαλύπτει τον δολοφόνο.Ο Μπέντερ καλεί τον Θιμποντώ στο γραφείο του σερίφη και του λέει πως έχει απαγάγει την Άμυ και πώς σχεδιάζει μία μάχη στα χαλάσματα της πόλης με τον παλιό του εχθρό.
